One- on- one consultation to support purpose driven insights. Use of tarot/oracle decks, birth chart review, meditation, chakra insights, and integration of yoga. First session includes assessment of needs, challenges, limitations, and overview of plan moving forward for wellness growth and development. First session is 45 minutes.

Clinical Therapy
For clients located in IL, MI, and AZ
One hour session via telehealth or in-person for individuals. Seventy five minute sessions also available for couples and families. First session includes assessment of needs, challenges, limitations, and overview of plan moving forward for wellness growth and development. Paperwork sent via email from EHR- TherapyNotes.

Be Boxes are tools crafted with hand made products along with curated items to support activities related to self care and wellness. Some items may be a la carte per availability.
Boxes come with one 30 minute consultation upon receiving box to increase and enhance use. Zoom link will be sent with purchase to connect for 30-minute session within 30 days of purchase.

Clinical Supervision
For counselors in training located in IL, MI, and AZ
One hour session via telehealth or in-person. First session includes overview of clinical goals, identification of framework, completion of consent and confidentially paperwork along with plan for success. Ongoing sessions are 60 minutes. Counselors- In-training will be supervised under independently licensed clinician, using theoretical orientation and ethical development/ awareness.
